A lovely antique dressing table. We date this dressing table to the very early 20th century.

The table sits on four downward tapered square section legs on brass castors.

The main table is fitted with two side by side wide drawers each over a smaller drawer to the outer edge. The drawers are fitted with attractive brass drop handles on shapely backplates. The table top and drawer fronts have attractive inlaid design around the edges.

The dressing table features an attractive inlaid gallery to the rear with a small shelf flanked by a glove drawer to each side. The dressing table has a shapely mirror that tilts and sits in an attractive frame. The mirror supports each have a brass finial at the top.

The dressing table has an overall height of 63" (160cm) including the mirror, a table top height of 30" (76cm), a width of 48" (122cm) and a depth of 22" (56cm).

This lovely dressing table remains in very good solid condition with only minor surface markings commensurate with age and usage. There is some minor mellowing and crazing to the finish. There is a sliver missing from the front left hand side corner edge and below the left hand side mirror support. The mirror has some foxing primarily around the edges.

This remains a very stylish and elegant antique dressing table. It will continue to provide good service for many years to come.
