Description

We date this barrow to the late 19th century.

A lovely well made sack barrow with cast iron wheels and base. It has been painted red at some time in the past.

The overall height is 43.5" (111cm), a width of 17" (44cm) at the wheels and an overall width of 18.5" (47cm) and a depth of 13” (33cm).

This lovely antique barrow remains in very good solid condition with only minor surface markings commensurate with age and usage including a bit of wear to the cast iron wheels. The painted finish has a bit of wear where it has rubbed off.

This remains a very useful barrow. It will continue to provide good service for many years to come.
