Description

A lovely pair of large notice board / display cabinets. We date these cabinets to the late 20th century.

The cabinets have a large glazed door with a full width top hinge and fitted with two locks at the base. One of the cabinets has lock escutcheons.

The interior of the cabinets are lined with green baize at the rear.

The cabinets are designed to be mounted to a wall.

The cabinets have a height of 42.5" (108cm), with a width of 43.5" (110cm) and a depth of 6" (15cm).

These lovely cabinets remain in very good solid condition with only very minor surface markings commensurate with age and usage. There is some mellowing to the internal baize where a large shield frame has sat in the past. There is a little bit of wear to some of the edges from past use and there is a very slight shade difference between the two cabinets.

These remain a very stylish and elegant pair of cabinets. They will continue to provide good service for many years to come.
