Description

A lovely Victorian mahogany chest of drawers. We date this chest of drawers to the late 19th century.

The chest of drawers sits on four well turned feet and consists of six drawers, arranged three over three.

The drawers are fitted with turned handles and locks (no key is supplied, but a suitable replacement should be easily obtained if required).

The chest has a height of 44" (112cm), a width of 46" (117cm) and a depth of 21.5" (54cm).

This attractive chest of drawers remains in very good solid condition with only minor surface markings commensurate with age and usage including some heavier indentation lines to the top surface and wear to some edges. The handle on the top central drawer has been replaced and the handle on the top left hand drawer has been repaired at some time in the past. There is some minor wear to the edges of the other handles.

This remains a very stylish & elegant large antique mahogany chest of drawers. It will continue to provide good service for many years to come.
