Description

A lovely early Victorian table. We date this table to the first half of the 19th century.

The table sits on four downward tapered reeded legs with brass castors.

The main table top has a double thickness, these are able to be twisted then folded over. There is a deep apron and rounded corners to the table top.

There is a small storage section below the table surface.

The table has an overall height of 29" (74cm) with an open width and depth of 36" (92cm).

With the table closed it has a depth of 18" (46cm).

This lovely table remains in very good solid condition with minor surface markings commensurate with age and usage, including an old repaired age split to the top surface, the top surface has also been refinished. There are some minor indentations and wear to some edges.
