Description

A lovely burr walnut wardrobe. We date this wardrobe to the mid 20th century.

The wardrobe comes in one piece, please be aware of the wardrobes dimensions for delivery through doors and around corners. Delivery would likely be to a ground floor by the couriers also.

The wardrobe sits on four cabriole legs with pad feet and has a lovely arched shaped top.

The front of the wardrobe is of a two panel design with each panel being a side hinged door. The right hand door is fitted with a drop handle mounted on a backplate and has a lock (key supplied). The left hand door is fitted with top and bottom catches.

The interior of the wardrobe is fitted with a side to side hanging rail with four brass hooks to the rear. There is a shelf section above the rail and a mirror on the right hand door.

The wardrobe has an overall height of 76.5" (194cm), a width of 48.5" (124cm) at feet and a depth of 22" (56cm) at feet.

The interior hanging depth is 18” (46cm).

This lovely wardrobe remains in good condition with some minor surface markings commensurate with age and usage including some minor wear to some edges and around the feet.

This remains a very stylish and elegant wardrobe which will continue to provide sterling service for many years to come.
