Description

A lovely walnut tallboy. We date this tallboy to the 1930s.

The tallboy sits on four small Queen Anne legs on pad feet.

The tallboy consists of a top cupboard with a removable shelf. The cupboard has two side hinged doors, the right hand side door is fitted with a lock and the left hand side has a top catch.

Below there are two drawers also fitted with locks and decorative drop handles mounted on backplates (key is supplied).

The table top has a rounded edge to the shoulders.

The tallboy has a height of 41.5" (105cm), a width of 27" (69cm) and a depth of 17.5" (45cm).

This lovely walnut tallboy remains in very good solid condition with only very minor surface markings commensurate with age and usage. There is a bit of wear to some of the edges and minor marks and scratches to the top surface from past use.

This remains a very stylish and elegant tallboy which will continue to provide good service for many years to come.
