A lovely Art Deco burr walnut dressing table. We date this dressing table to the 1930's.

The dressing table sits on a recessed plinth base and has four drawers. The table top and drawer fronts have a lovely burr walnut veneer.

The bowed shaped table top has a wide drawer and sits slightly recessed from the main drawers. There are attractive carvings at the sides of the drawer with a lovely rounded stepped edge to the sides of the table top.

The dressing table is provided with a large oval mirror. The mirror glass is thick with a bevelled edge.

The main dressing table consists of three drawers, two over one deep drawer.

The dressing table has an overall height of 65" (166cm) (including mirror), a table height of 28" (72cm), a width of 42" (107cm) and a depth of 20" (51cm).

This lovely dressing table remains in very good solid condition with only very minor surface markings commensurate with age and usage, including some light indentations to some edges and very minor wear to the top surface. The mirror shows signs of some very minor foxing and light wear to some of the edge. The catch for holding the mirror in a tilted position is missing.

This remains a very stylish and elegant dressing table which will continue to provide good service for many years to come.
