A 17th century oil on panel depicting a nobleman dressed in red with hat in hand, on a rearing horse followed by his dog. The painting is of dutch origin and is set in a later 20th century frame. The picture is in good condition with some minor raising on the right handside, it is very dirty and would benefit from a good clean or left as it is.measurements
