Description

A lovely quality 18th century Dutch marquetry walnut drop leaf table of good proportions, the table will comfortably sit four people. The table is lavishly decorated throughout with foliate flowers and butterflys and decorative boarders on the top, which also continues on the legs , back rail and on the front of the single long drawer. The table has had its hinges replaced at some stage with authentic period ironwork, there are also some sign of old wood worm holes commensurate with age. The table has a superb colour and is in super condition and is ready to use.
