Description

A decorative 17th century wrought iron fire basket consisting of a bar basket complete with swirling scrolls and attached andirons decorate with finely folded scrolls and rolled wrought iron work.
The fire basket would have originally been set in stone and has lost some wrought iron to the feet, however it free stands perfectly and is structurally solid and sits well.
The overall condition is excellent.
