A rather nice English oak 19th century hall/school bench. The colour is excellent, being that warm nutty oak colour, the best for early English oak. A lovely and simple bench with a front foot rest. The bench has remained for many years in the same family, from a farmhouse in a small village in Shropshire until acquired by us.Width 97cm / 38''
