Description

An ornately carved Burmese rosewood occasional table. The top of the table has a central circular polished section of wood which is surrounded with a highly pierced decorated border and frieze of birds of paradise and foliage. The central pedestal and tripod legs are intertwined with serpents and mythical creatures. A superb quality piece in lovely condition. The table top is hinged which enables it to tilt so that you can enjoy the pierced and carved decoration whilst not in use.
