Description

A delightful French walnut and ebonised wood drum mantel clock. This piece features and 8-day time only mechanical movement, which has been fully overhauled and is in full working condition. The case is made predominately of walnut with carved wood embellishments and ebonised sections. To the centre of the clock is an historical farming plaque. This reads presented by John Willison esq. for best group of sheep at BAA CII Killin 1885 gained by D Campbell. The enamel dial is white with black Roman numerals. circa 1880 JW-9
