Description

A fine quality William IV mahogany pedestal teapoy. This superb piece has a hinged raised top with a central rectangular panel and a domed moulded edge. The interior has two removable hinged tea caddies with space for two glass mixing bowls. NB We have both original bowls which will be included in the sale, however one of them has been dropped and cracked, it has been repaired but obviously it is damaged. This highly polished piece sits upon a Gillows style turned and fluted pedestal with four feet housing hidden brass castors.
