Description

A superb 'turreted' German Black Forest bracket clock. This large bracket clock is fitted with its original 8-day mechanical movement and strikes on the half and full hours on a gong. It has been fully serviced and is in full working condition. The case is intricately decorated with numerous finials, turrets, columns etc and has a wonderful tiered roof to finish the piece off beautifully. The dial is white enamelled with black Roman numerals and an outer chapter ring. circa 1890
