Description

A seriously good rosewood four glass library clock. This delightful piece has a book matched rosewood panel to the front with glazed sides, top and back. In a typical architectural style of the Edwardian period with brass fluted ball feet. The dial is clean with a silvered chapter ring indicating the hours with blacked Roman numerals and engraved with a fine outer ring showing the seconds markers. The 8-day gut driven fusee mechanical movement is in full working condition. No key to the back door. circa 1900
