Description

A nice early 20th century oak cased fusee wall clock by Fowler & Oldfield of Bradford. This fine piece features an 8-day mechanical fusee movement by Thameside which has been fully serviced and is in full working order. Thameside was the trading name of Hirst Brothers & Co of Oldham England who were retailers as well as wholesalers to the horological trade. The white enamel dial is a little crazed however completely original and has black Roman numerals surrounded by an outer chapter ring. circa 1910
