Description

A mid Victorian heavily carved solid oak writing table/desk with two deep drawers. This delightful piece has a wonderful colour with nicely carved drawers and friezes throughout, they depict English oak leaves and acorns with the pull handles incorporated into the carvings of the leaves. The legs of the table are substantially turned in a traditional barley twist design with a single stretcher between the two sides. circa 1860
