A most endearing oil on canvas portrait of three children.Dating to late Victorian/ Edwardian period
Most likely a commission painting, the large eyes of the children indicate they are brothers and sister.
A patriotic painting with the Union Jack so prominent in the background, the eldest boy with sailors tunic and wearing a straw boating hat.
Their parents possibly with naval connections.
The painting is unsigned
