Description

A rare set of six Llanelly South Wales Potteries blue and white willow pattern plates. All featuring the SWP 1 mark impressed to the rear dating them to the 1840's or early 1850's.
When originally purchased they would have been destined to have taken pride of place on the family dresser.

Three are in very good order with the further three having historic faults. One having a hairline crack, the other with a chip to the front and the remainder with a chip to the rear.

They present themselves well and have lovely aged surfaces making them very decorative items.
