Inland Revenue Tax Duty Stamp for 3 pence,circa 1840's Security Printed by William Congreve,in black and red.for the manufacturing chemists' Alexander Rowland's & Sons of 20 Hatton Garden, London, famous for their Madagasca Hair Oil.
