Description

Mid 19th century Dutch fruitwood and lacquer panelled side cabinet.
The top is butterfly matched with canted corners, barber stringing and centred on a Japanned and lacquered panel. The panel depicts a heron in a natural setting.
The canted and concave sides are painted and decorated with chinoiserie motifs and flanked with a main cabinet door that opens to reveal a single oak shelf.
