GENERAL CONDITION:

Wear throughout the central field as expected of older rugs. However the carpet carries this very well - shown in pictures 4 and 5.

Some deterioration to the fringe at the left bottom corner and both fringes are trimmed short - shown in pictures 2 and 3.

Some bound edge stringing - shown in the last picture.

All our carpets are vintage and may require cleaning depending on personal preference . Though we take care not to send out carpets that visually require this there may be occasional spot marks which do often clean out with a simple carpet spot cleaner

A wonderful old Persian Merihab with a gorgeous warm central field. This lovely antique rug was woven by master Artisans and dates circa 1900.

The carpet is 100% pure wool very durable and suitable for heavy traffic
