Description

This pair of matching silver napkin rings feature an art deco geometric engine turned design, that incorporates a circular cartouche, both of which have been engraved with a Griffon.
The pair are offered in their original presentation case.

Both napkin rings are fully hallmarked for Birmingham, 1929, and the maker Deakin & Francis Ltd.
All hallmarks are clear and crisp.
The case lining identifies the original retailer of the set as W.C.Mann Ltd, Goldsmiths, Gloucester.

Deakin & Francis worked out of Regent Place, Birmingham.

Each ring is 4.3 cm (1.75") in diameter by 3 cm (1.2") high. The combined weight of the silver is 51 grams.
All measurements are approximate.

The rings are in very good condition and are still perfectly in shape.
