Description

With a rustic look and country feel this Breton 'sideboard' is simply stunning. Typically Breton furniture holds a literary
story however this unusual piece is primitive in its design. Formally would have been used as a dresser 'top' and placed above or on
a larger base unit. However in its current lovely time worn state it can be simply used as a Dresser base or sideboard.

Internally there is one large shelf currently placed at mid level, the floor of the piece is open to the floor (see picture)
We would be happy to remove the shelve from its position and place it at the base at customers request. Or alternatively fit a plywood/ paneled base.

Has had generous coat of wax to preserve current condition.


Due to this items history and age it will display a unique time worn patina.
We believe this only adds to both the beauty and character, creating an individual piece.
This is not a new item and therefore it should be expected to contain some subtle knocks in the wood, signs of age and use (or patination).
However we ensure that every piece is photographed and described to show a perfectly clear interpretation of an items condition including any imperfections.
