Description

Janet Leach (1918-1997) stoneware lugged bowl for Leach pottery with an oatmeal and iron-spotted glaze to the interior in excellent condition without chips or cracks. It bears Janet's JL mark and the Leach pottery St Ives mark impressed on the base. There is also the word 'REPEAT' impressed below the JL mark which is occasionally found on Janet's work, more usually with her square plates.
