Description

This is a wonderful pair of 17th century carved oak caryatids depicting semi nude females possessing a lovely medium brown colour and patina. Possibly Flemish or French.

Dimensions: Length 40 cm x Width 8 cm x Depth 4 cm
The last photograph shows them in comparison to a 750ml bottle (standard size for a wine bottle)
Weight: 415 & 436 g

Condition: Fine antique condition with some wear to the surface commensurate with their age. The reverse sides are fitted with hangers.
