Description

This is a near pair of 20th century Chinese pear-shaped (Yuhuchunping) black glazed vases, each signed on the base with Chinese characters in blue. The vases are subtly different in feel, one being 36% heavier than the other, and in colour, with one having a burgundy tint while the other a bluish tint. The colour difference is much less noticeable in an interior setting and they look very much a pair.

Condition: Very good vintage condition with some tiny scratches.

Other couriers are available for Scotland and North Wales or where a shorter time frame is required. Purchases can also be collected in person from the Tunbridge Wells area in SE England.
