Description

This is an extremely unusual and very attractive Anglo Indian chair which dates from the 19th century. The chair is skilfully covered in a white metal and has a decorative curved cresting with rams head finials. It is raised on sabre legs and has a reeded frieze below a smart black velvet covered seat. Sadly, as happens with age, the rams don’t hear as well as they once did. Apart from the rams missing a small ear (which does not detract) the chair is in great condition with firm joints.
