Gents 1960s Roamer Vanguard wrist watch.

The watch has a signed 15 jewel hand-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is protected by an inner cover.

The watch measures 33mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the crown. The case is chrome plated while the screw on case back is stainless steel. There is some rubbing to the plate, particularly around the winding crown. The case back is signed with the Roamer logo, it also states that the water is water protected but, as with any vintage watch, it should be kept away from water and moisture. There is some scratching to the back of the watch where a tool has slipped in the past.

The lens is in good condition (white reflection showing in the photo).

The signed dial is in its original finish with original hands and a subsidiary seconds dial.

A new leather strap has been fitted.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.

With regards to appraisals / valuations, we receive a huge number of information requests each day and unfortunately do not have the manpower to deal with them all individually. Our advice would be to contact a local auctioneer for a full appraisal.
