The enamel lid depicts an English country scene - two pheasants and the surrounding scenery are shown in fine detail. Such a delightful vanity! There isn't any loss of design or fading. The original pouch, puff and sifter are present. The catches and hinges work as they should. The mirror gives an accurate reflection. The original mirror sticker is in place. The inner lid is decorated with horizontal engine turned lines and a square cartouche signed Stratton just underneath the Compact-in-Hand logo. Matching horizontal lines adorn the base. Measures 8 cm long and weighs 103.3 grams.
