Description

A super unused refillable loose powder compact. This Stratton brand accessory was made in the 1950s. Cobalt blue enamel is adorned with the familiar sight of four mallard ducks flying over a reed bed. The compact is in very good order. There isn't any loss of enamel. The mirror gives a good clear reflection. The original mirror sticker and sifter are in place. This accessory will never tarnish or need to be cleaned, as the makers applied a layer of lacquer during the crafting process. The catches and hinges work perfectly. Measures 3 inches diameter and weighs 88.9 grams. A pristine pouch is included with this order. Suitable as a handbag mirror or for all loose face powder.
