A 1950s makeup compact with Lucite dome and very pretty blue and pink two tone reverse carved Lucite flowers. This delightful Melissa brand powder compact is suitable for loose face powder or as a handbag mirror. The lid has an elaborate engraved design. The mirror gives a good clear reflection. The inner lid and base have complex engraved designs. Measures 3 1/4" and weighs 108 grams.
