A fine Victorian sterling silver vinaigrette in super condition. This piece was assayed at Birmingham in 1841. The lid, base and hinged grill are decorated with ornate bright-cut engravings. The whole item, especially the vermeil pierced hinged grill is exceptionally pretty. The interior lid and base bear hallmarks that are clear and easy to read. Measures 3 cm x 2 cm.
