The lid is decorated with stylized foliage in gilt, silver and an autumnal red. The mirror gives a good, clear and accurate reflection.The hinge and clasp work perfectly. The base has an engine turned design. The compact comes with a pristine velvet pouch and a clean new puff. Measures 3 1/8" and weighs 78.5 grams.
