An exceptionally gorgeous vintage Stratton set that has never been used. Both the compact and the lipstick holder are silver plated. They have the most intricately engraved plaques set atop which are scenes from the famous Rococo painting Charms of Country Life by Francois Boucher. The cased set is complete with all the original features. Both of the items are signed 'Stratton England' and each mirror gives a super clear reflection. All hinges and catches work exactly as they should. The set is in excellent condition. The case transforms into a jewellery box on removing the display stands for both items. The compact measures 3 1/4" & weighs 107.9 grams. The lipstick holder measures 2 1/2" and weighs 20.4 grams.
