C1770 magnificent and original London Mahogany Longcase Clock with pagoda top with side inspection windows to the hood and side columns to the trunk and plinth by William Mackenzie of London.Superb 5 pillar movement of 8 Day duration with Dead Beat Escapement striking hours on a bell with strike and silent feature and date calendar to the stunning Brass Dial.
The case is totally original and has not been touched in over 100 years where it had stood with one family in London since 1920.
The movement also totally original was recently serviced and keeps magnificent time.
