Rare highly decorative Circa 1860/1860 antique Swedish Gustavian Grey White painted chest of drawers commode in gustavian style with arched Gustavian ribbing detail on the drawer fronts and leading edges.It has pyramid feet, ribbed top edge and 3 drawers.
The style is very striking and the stunning grey white paint patina brings out all the decorative detailing - it has a plain back
The drawers have all the usual marks of age for a piece of this period
The drawers have been treated against woodworm and structurally sound for daily use (carefully!)
