Pair French Spelter Table Lamps After A. Moreau

Description

The male is scattering seeds, while the female is carring a bundle of corn in her apron and holding alofit an ear of corn. Presumably, these spelter lamps were cast from one of his signed bronzes. The lamps each bear a circular brass plaque which states 'Fabrication Francaise. Paris.
