In excellent condition
I would say from a private estate with silver initial on the Front of the inkwell
Silver pattern work surrounding which matches the edge of the silver top
Glass inset pot to hold the ink
With original gilt lining and probably looking at the condition hardly used
With four Silver Hallmarks
Glass in great condition , heavy in weight with two side pen rest cut into the top
Silver lid all fine , hinge good
Beautiful inkwell of high quality , make a great gift
