Antique silver H M snuff box

An antique silver hallmarked snuff box by Edward Smith, hallmarked Birmingham 1835 and weighing 4.5 Troy Ounces. This fine box has a plain hinged lid with a raised recocco style border and thumb piece with engine turned concave sides and an engine turned underside. The box is clearly hallmarked and the inside gilding is in good condition.9cms in width
