Description

A superb Japanese Keyaki Tansu chest in wonderful antique condition. Constructed in two sections for ease of transport in and around the home. The top section features double doors with bold brass detailing that open to reveal a variety of sized drawers sitting on top of two long drawers each fitted with traditional handles. Its balanced proportions and fine joinery reflect the artistry of Japanese cabinetry, making it both a practical storage piece and a statement of timeless design.
