Description

This Aesthetic Movement Full Length Wall Mirror dates from circa 1880. Set within an Oak frame with its original panelled Pine back, the Mirror Glass is painted with Riverside images, including a Heron, standing on one leg beside Bullrushes, two Swallows overhead, and Waterlilies and Yellow Irises beneath.
A very attractive and skilfully painted scene.
The back is fitted with three glass plates for fixing to a wall.
