19thC Qing dynasty painting on silk of an eagle perched upon a rock together with a calligraphic verse saying:"Strong winds do not affect the handsome eagle. It's strong, imposing and peaceful, living within the golden gate. By Zhi Zhong He, warrior scholar"
Viewable area 70 x 36cm. In good condition with a little fabric degradation and staining commensurate with age.
