This signed etching of a fisherman is by Norman Wilkinson(1878-1971)
He was a marine painter, etcher and poster artist, born in Cambridge. He exhibited widely including 55 at the Royal Academy. He was married to Evelyn Harriet Wilkinson, nee Mackenzie, the flower painter.
