Maker's mark for Joseph Gloster, Lion Silver Works, Hockley Hill, Birmingham.
Spring is in place and working but has gone soft so does not close with a snap.
Otherwise in very good condition with the engraved design still sharp. No dents just the usual surface marks expected from normal use.
