Silver Double Sovereign Holder
Chester 1902
Maker's mark for William Manton, Vyse Street, Birmingham.
Approximate dimensions: 57.5mm x 28mm, weight 30g.
The engine turned design is sharp and clear showing very little wear.
There is a ding beside the cartouche.
There are surface marks associated with normal light use and age.
The lid springs open when the catch is pressed.
Vacant cartouche.
The springs are in good condition holding sovereigns firmly in place.
