Description
This is a good early 20th century Silk Rug in excellent clean condition dating from around 1930. The finely hand woven carpet has great detail to the pale pistachio field which is centred by a charcoal medallion containing boteh and framed by spandrels and borders of further boteh, flanked by guard stripes.Exceptional detail very finely woven with a very high knot count this is a really smart carpet in super clean condition.
The rug measures 140 cms by 78 cms.
