Description

This is a good large Chinese blue and white bowl in excellent, clean condition dating from the early 20th century.

The bowl in hard paste porcelain is beautifully enamel glazed over a hand painted design of a seated elder centrally, surrounded by many children playing in a garden setting. This is signed to the base with a six character mark and is in perfect condition with no damage or restoration.

The bowl is a very useful size measuring 33 cms in diameter by 9.5 cms high.
